The largest injection molded tub in the world. Available in blue and grey. Individually loadable up to 1000 kg on 6 high bins. In a truck the large bins offered here have a useful volume, 2 bins on top of each other, of 2200 liters (2.2 m3) per space!

Traditional injection molding has limitations. In practice, it is not possible to exceed one meter. The solution to this problem is the “structural foam” process. A propellant gas creates small bubbles in the core of thicker plastic parts, allowing greater plastic weight to be injected into larger molds. The large bins shown below are made using this method.
Custom large volume plastic pallet box
Our assembly departments specialize in adapting our products. Here we can equip the pallet boxes with a lid with stainless steel hinges and a closing system, a door, a removable wall or wheels. In our workshops we also have specific machines to weld pallet boxes to each other for the manufacture of small or medium series of high or long boxes. The custom-made pallet boxes are ultra-resistant and extremely robust. You can use them, for example, for the transport of dangerous goods (ADR UN).
